In the heart of 17th century Amsterdam in the most beautiful locations, we offer luxurious and stylish b&b studios, 1 or 2 bedroom apartments for longer periods as a local resident. Stay in Amsterdam in your own home, cook your own meal if you wish, relax, study or work (24h internet), and enjoy. Weekly cleaning is included in our apartment rental rates. We also offer daily cleaning on request and weekly cleaning standard as well as taxi service, phone & fax service, grocery service, laundry or dry cleaning service.

An apartment is not a hotel. We offer you an opportunity to live in Amsterdam like an Amsterdammer in the privacy of your own household in a luxurious and spacious apartment for any period you require. NEW Local regulations came in effect on July 1st 2009. The new housing law requires that you must rent a house with a minimum of 6 months and register at the house you live in. We also offer occasionally houses for shorter periods under the temporary housesitting law which means a house is only available during absence of the main resident. This is very rare, but sometimes possible when the main resident is absent. You can require with us if we have a house available for short periods like this since we work with many Amsterdam residents that do sublet while abroad for holiday or work
