This complex consists of several apartments and studios offers affordable rooms with cooking facilities in Amsterdam; you always get value for money. The rooms and studio's are within 5 minutes from main spots like Rembrandtplein Square. The apartments are located in a unique position matching your needs; whether you are a couple, a family, a single traveller or a group visiting Amsterdam. The accommodation is self-catering. You can enter the apartment when you like with your own keys. You have more privacy and more facilities than in most hotels or Bed & Breakfasts. The apartments have 3 or 4 rooms with 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens. In the apartments you will find a private shower or private bathtub, toilet, kitchenette, kitchen-room, Bed linen, a TV, and safe. Only a few cheap rooms for 2 - 3 people without a kitchen with which you share the bathroom and toilet with the hosts. But you get private electric cooking-equipment inside these rooms if you pay Eur 15,00 p.n. extra. A large group or 2 families that prefer the comfort and privacy of apartments can combine different 2-4 persons rooms in the same flight of stairs. Closer by each other than spread out in an Hotel-complex. Please Note: - The host requires a refundable Key-deposit to pay within 24 hours after reservation. Your credit card is no secure booking. - The host will send you 3 extra emails with an explanation as to how to pay the Key-deposit through PAYPAL money services and will provide you with pictures and conditions. Guests are required to respond to this email within 24 hours. The Key-deposit will be refunded through PAYPAL to your credit card account on the day of departure once you return the keys and clean rooms. Your host offers cleaning service after your stay and you can drop the keys in the letter box on location before 11.00 am on the day of departure. - After your Key-deposit is received, a receipt and a voucher and instructions how to collect keys will be send by the hosts by e-mail. Guests have to re-confirm the exact time of key collection. - The paid Key-deposit minus booking costs will be refunded when cancelled in time (7 days prior to the arrival date). In case of a no-show or late cancellation this Key-deposit is non-refundable. - The host prefers you to pay for the stay by international bank transfer 7 days prior to arrival. On the day arrival payments only can be done in cash, not by credit card. New Regulations Counsel Amsterdam (starting 01 July 2009): - Tourists can only stay legal in an apartment where the hosts are really living. - A stay in an empty apartment or if you rent from the owner instead of from the host living in the apartment get a penalty. - This site represents the association of tenants living in these apartments. - Tourists sublet directly from the hosts 1 or 2 rooms with a private bathroom + kitchen. The hosts are during your stay on vacation. - You can not invite extra visitors + no parties + absolute no noise after 21 pm to 08 am. - You have to pay a key-deposit of €100.00 for 2-3 people and € 200.00 for 4-6 people to secure that guests respect the house rules which includes no inconveniences for the neighbours and keeping the rooms and kitchen daily in a clean condition. Important Information: Your hosts sub-let in a not-commercial way to tourists, NOT all year around, less then 140 days, only a few times per year during weekends and during the summer holidays also for a few weeks. These apartments are not used as a Hotel. You sub-let LEGAL and directly from your hosts who are renting and living in these apartments. Our landlord offer only complete 3-4 rooms apartments for indefinite time to maximum 4 adults with duty to register as living on that address.
